When the old unit is done, we size the new one for the house you have, not the brochure. Straight talk on what fits the attic and the bill.
Heat pumps and heat kits
Florida still has those ten cold nights. We service heat pumps and electric heat so January is not a surprise.
Tune-ups
Spring and fall checks: coils, drain, capacitors, and the filter you forgot. Cheaper than a Saturday emergency.
Duct work
Leaks in the attic steal cold air. We look at the runs we can reach and tell you if tape will do or if a section has to come out.
Indoor air
Humidity, musty vents, a house that never dries out after a rain. We can add filtration or a dehumidifier when the system can handle it.
Trusted on the street
They showed up when they said, took their shoes off, and did not talk me into a new system I did not need. The house was cold by dinner.

Who we are
Nia Pell runs the board. Her brother Matt is usually the one in the attic. Two trucks, no script. We live here. You will see the van at the grocery store.
